Hacer Köksoy started her career in 1997 as a Stenograph working in the team in charge of delivering transcription services to the 9th President of the Republic of Turkey. In the following 25 years of her career, Hacer Köksoy has worked under her own brand, DŞIFRE, building a client base of numerous domestic/foreign or multinational organisations, adding value to their operations both in Turkey and abroad with Transcription and Translation services. Currently, Hacer Köksoy works actively under the Translation and Transcription Services department of DŞIFRE Group. Hacer Köksoy has also established herself as a professional coach and trainer and has been offering these services under the brand DŞIFRE Information and Development, Training, and Consultancy Services for the last 8 years. In this capacity, she is an asset for individuals and organisations wishing to improve themselves in development and leadership, empowering them through individual coaching, team coaching, training, and consultancy.


Having qualified as a Professional Certified Coach (CPEC) before the International Coach Federation (ICF) and having completed her professional coaching training at Adler International and Eternal Coaching & Mentoring Academy, Hacer Köksoy now has more than 550 hours of coaching under her belt. She also added to her body of training and experience through NLP (Trainer) and Mind Mapping (Trainer) training programmes in 2015. Hacer Köksoy has gained experience in various phases of professional life including management and entrepreneurship and found an instrument befitting her conscious social mission in the resulting know-how through her involvement in numerous Social Responsibility projects implemented on a wide range of platforms for children and youth. Hacer Köksoy keeps her values of freedom and discovery alive by running in nature, travelling, yoga and meditation, and reading in her free time.
