Administrative Law
defines the term administration, and organizes its structure and
operations. This discipline is about the public administration.
Private entities, legal entities, private companies, associations,
and foundations are not analyzed within the scope of Administrative
Law. These fields are the subjects of Commercial Law. Administrative
Law organizes the establishment and organization of the official
departments on a legal basis. According to the Constitutional Law
the establishment and the tasks of the official departments depends
on the criteria of central and local administrations. Administrative
Law is relatively a new branch, being also called as the Status Law.
The differences within the scope of Administrative Law are settled
by Administrative Courts. According to the Constitutional Law, the
acts and the operations of the official departments may always be
resorted to the judgment.
