Commercial Law is a sub-discipline of the law that embraces the entire legislation regarding trade. Trade Law organizes the commercial relations and dealings among the tradesmen, individuals, and companies, and the rights of the trading parties.

Fields Of The Trade Law
The commercial cases are heard by the Commercial Courts of First Instance and Civil Courts of General Jurisdiction, within the scope of the commercial laws. Accordingly, the main fields of the commercial law are Companies Law, Commercial Enterprise Law, Transportation Law, Negotiable Instruments Law, Maritime Trade Law, Capital Market Law, Intellectual Property Law, Competition Law, and Insurance Law.
