The commercial cases are heard by the Commercial Courts of First
Instance and Civil Courts of General Jurisdiction, within the scope
of the commercial laws. Accordingly, the main fields of the
commercial law are Companies Law, Commercial Enterprise Law,
Transportation Law, Negotiable Instruments Law, Maritime Trade Law,
Capital Market Law, Intellectual Property Law, Competition Law, and
Insurance Law.
